Job Description For Human Resourse Department
RECRUITMENT & SELECTION:
Managing the complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent through Job Portals, Consultants & Campus Recruitment.
Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional areas.
Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies, skills & aspirations (positions, salary, relocation aspects etc.)
Creating data bank of potential candidates.
Internal/External Job postings.
Managing the employee referral program.
Salary Negotiations with candidates.
JOINING & EXIT FORMALITIES:
Managing the entire joining formalities.
Responsible for preparation & issuance of Offers letters.
Welcome new joiner, formal introduction of new hires with all the members in organization.
Induction to New Joinee
Responsible for opening of salary accounts for new hires.
Managing the entire exit formalities & their analysis.
Conduct exit interviews for resigned employees, escalate issues if any.
Ensure error free full & final settlements within a month from the date of leaving.
Responsible for preparation & issuance of experience, relieving certificates to the left out employees.
Manage all personal files of new, current & terminated employees with the utmost integrity.
Handling the issues related to taking the possessions of belongings of company from the employees who have left the organization.
PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL:
Successfully designed Performance Appraisal and Performance Management forms for Performance Management cycle in the organization.
Conducting Performance appraisal interview
Maintaining appraisal forms and feedback
Responsible for timely completion of Appraisals.
Performance Management & improvement tracking systems.
Final Performance evaluation by reviewer & sign off.
Follow up with managers for salary increment.
Issuing letters like, confirmation letter, salary revision letter etc after appraisal process.
Other Activities
Daily Attendance, Maintaining Monthly leave records.
Monitor timely update of personnel records (personal details, position, salary, appraisal outcomes, awards)
Responsible for conducting reward & recognition & appreciate the performance of all the employees.
Conceptualization & documentation of comprehensive HR Policy & updating Employee Handbook.
Designing, Formulating & implementing various HR policies & procedures.
Executed ‘ID card Policy’ , ‘New attendance system’,
